USDA Packaged meats are available by the whole, half, or quarter or we can make arrangements for a carcass to be delivered to a local butcher shops in either Orofino or Lewiston, Idaho. They can process your buffalo into delicious steaks and burgers. Carcasses can be picked up for home processing.

Monster Trophy Bull- $4000 (8+ years old)

This package includes lodging.

2 Year Old Bull- $1900

This package includes a night lodging and a buffalo steak dinner.

Heifers/Cows- $1200

All hunts and Harvests include head, hide, and meat. Field processing is provided by a subcontractor as part of the hunt package. Field processing is additional for all harvests. Face caping and delivery to a meat processors are available at an extra charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. A non-refundable deposit is required for Hunts/Harvests booked more than 30 days in advance.
